Choose the Right Location

One of the most important decisions any buyer needs to make is where they plan to live. You’ll need to consider things such school districts, neighbourhood and lifestyle, or proximity to work if you plan to live in the home. If you’re buying an investment property, it’s smart to explore several areas depending on the opportunities in each potential location.

Compare Choices

You’ll be facing a lot of options in any pre-build, so take the time to really compare your choices. The location of the suite, the number of bedrooms, exposure, transit options –these are all things to consider. And, of course, different projects will offer different price points, amenities, deposit structures and finishes.

Choose a Suite & Submit a Worksheet

Once you’ve made your final decision is made, it’s time to select a suite by filling in a worksheet. If the project is hot, developer may receive more worksheets than suites available, so consider alternate options. This may include other projects in the same area, projects in different areas, or even resale options.
